How It Feels

The Experience

From your first check-in to your opener on meet day, every session inside CMS is shaped by the engines working behind it. Here's what that looks like in practice.

1
You check in. The system reads you.
Before every session, a quick pre-workout check-in captures sleep, stress, soreness, and readiness. The app doesn't ask how you feel so it can note it — it asks so it can act on it. Readiness shapes the session that's about to load.
2
Your session arrives already adjusted.
Weights and volume are prescribed based on your current 1RM estimates, the block phase, and your readiness tier. Nothing is static. A rough night's sleep compresses the load. A peak readiness day opens the prescription up. The program meets you where you are.
3
The exercise may have already rotated.
If joint load trending data flagged a risk before you opened the app, CMS has already swapped the exercise. You see the new movement with a note explaining why. No alarm. No decision required. The rotation happened automatically to protect your training continuity.
4
You train. The system watches.
Log each set as you go. Every completed rep contributes to your joint stress accumulation, your e1RM trend, your block compliance score. The data builds while you lift. You don't have to think about any of it.
5
The deload arrives when it's earned.
Deloads aren't scheduled on a fixed calendar. They're triggered by the data. When fatigue accumulation, joint stress trajectory, and training response all point to the same conclusion, the system calls it. You get a deload week that's actually necessary — not one that arrived on week 4 by habit.
6
The next block is shaped by this one.
At the end of every block, CMS runs an assessment: volume response, intensity trend, joint debt carried forward, compliance rate. The next block is generated from your actual data — not a generic template. Six months in, the program is genuinely yours.
7
Meet day. The system steps back.
Your competition date anchors every decision the system made for the last six months. As you step onto the platform, joint load has been managed, peak timing is precise, openers are calculated. CMS got you here. The rest is yours.
Bench Specialist
2 & 3 Day Bench
Built for lifters whose primary goal is a bigger bench. Joint load management centers on elbow and shoulder health through pressing-heavy volume blocks.
General Strength
Jacked & Strong
Strength and size in balance. Less meet-specific, more athlete-focused. Structured blocks with full adaptive engine coverage across all movement patterns.
Competition Prep
SBD Full Power
Macrocycle anchored to your competition date. Squat, bench, and deadlift all managed simultaneously — joint load tracked across five joints, every block.
Feature Standard Apps CMS
Load prescription Fixed percentages Readiness-adjusted, e1RM-driven
Joint health React to pain reports Track trajectory, rotate before pain
Deload timing Every 4 weeks by default Triggered by actual fatigue data
Block progression Same template, next cycle Generated from your block assessment
Competition prep Fixed 12-week program Macrocycle anchored to your meet date
