WHAT IS A DOT SCORE?
The DOT coefficient is the modern successor to the Wilks score, used to compare powerlifting totals across different body weights and sexes. It answers the question: "Who's actually stronger, pound for pound?"
A DOT score above 300 is solid intermediate territory. Above 400 puts you in advanced/elite range. Above 500? You're competing at a national level.
